We are hiring an Agreements Database Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality services and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company’s agreements database.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all agreements are current and accurate.
- Review branch agreements and ensure proper database completion.
- Keep organized records and ensure all data is accessible.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to agreements promptly and efficiently.
- Provide regular reports on agreement status and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role managing agreements or contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of rules and regulations related to agreement management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, providers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in database management systems and related software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with automated workflow systems.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
(On-site at our Clemenceau office in Beirut, Lebanon)
