Cost Controller_ Head Office_ Tripoli

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control food, beverage, and consumable costs
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Track and reconcile stock movements between kitchen, warehouse, and events
- Conduct regular physical inventories and spot checks
- Ensure all recipes and menu costing are correctly recorded and updated
- Analyze wastage, breakage, and variance reports, and investigate discrepancies
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process for catering events
- Ensure compliance with internal costing and procurement procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain portion control and cost efficiency
- Utilize ERP tools (Odoo) for accurate cost tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in catering or hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of cost control systems, inventory management, and F&B operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Working Conditions:
- Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company functions.
- Periodic weekend work is expected
