Job Responsibilities:

Understand Full ERP Solution
Presenting direct customer service and technical support through phone, email and onsite
Reply to customer requests
Present training for end-users
Installation and implementation of ERP Solution
Testing and Installation of patches and upgrades.

Job Requirements:

1 year experience in IT Support
BS in Computer Science or Business Computer
Basic Knowledge in SQL Server
Troubleshooting and customer service skills.
