Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)

We need a dynamic, hands-on team member who can move easily between sales, client relations, and basic marketing tasks—a true “joker” who loves variety and takes initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Client Meetings: Attend client meetings (in-person or online), present our services, and help close deals.
• Proposals & Follow-ups: Draft and send professional proposals, follow up with prospects, and track progress.
• Project Coordination: Collect content and requirements from clients and relay them clearly to our developers.
• Marketing Support: Create simple, engaging social media posts (with existing templates or Canva) to keep our channels active.
• Client Testimonials: Reach out to satisfied clients to capture testimonials and success stories.
Skills & Qualities
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Needs to a little technical skills.
• Comfortable switching between sales, coordination, and light marketing work.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar.
Work Setup
• Location: Flexible/Hybrid (Lebanon or remote with overlap to our time zone).
• Hours: Full-time, with some flexibility for client meetings
