Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Supervision

Supervise daily activities, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and assign duties.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.

2. Merchandising & Planogram Execution

Implement and maintain planograms to ensure correct product placement.

Monitor stock levels, product displays, and ensure shelves are fully replenished.

Adjust layouts based on sales trends, seasonality, or management instructions.

Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed and updated.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and receiving processes.

Conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.

Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).

4. Sales & Customer Service

Support sales targets by ensuring attractive product presentation.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and staff performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Provide feedback to management on store performance and improvement needs
