Schedule shifts, monitor attendance and maintain staffing levels.
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
• Supervise and motivate team performance, ensuring grooming and
conduct standards.
• Interact directly with customers requiring high-level assistance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and strong visual.
• Oversee inventory levels, daily replenishment and accurate stock
receipt from the warehouse.
• Support management with seasonal buying
