We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Lighting Interior Architect to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, design-savvy individual who is eager to combine technical skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

- Identify customer needs, propose appropriate lighting solutions, and close sales

- Specify products and issue accurate quotations

- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure client satisfaction

- Initiate and develop new leads in the projects market, targeting specifiers, contractors, and property owners

- Work on the design and specification of fast-moving projects in collaboration with the design and sales teams

- Prepare lighting layouts, product presentations, and technical proposals

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure accurate project execution

- Conduct site visits and provide on-site technical advice when needed

- Stay updated on lighting trends, new technologies, and product innovations

Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in lighting design, technical sales, or interior architecture (internships count!)

- Passion for sales and client relations, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Revit is a plus)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong design sense and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
