Main Tasks:
Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and client experience

Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and achieve store targets

Train, coach, and mentor staff on luxury service standards and brand values

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines

Handle VIP clients and service recovery, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience

Ensure compliance with brand policies, health & safety, and operational procedures

Report on sales, staff performance, and store metrics to area or store management
