Shop Supervisor – Fashion Retail (Beirut)

A leading fashion retail company in Beirut is seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage shop visual displays and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost performance.

Handle stock levels, purchasing, and order management.

Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and maintain optimal staffing levels.

Motivate, coach, and train staff to achieve high performance and service standards.

Follow up on shipments and orders to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy.

Analyze and evaluate market trends to support business growth.

Assist the Operations Manager in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and communication abilities.

Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills in customer interactions.

Previous experience in fashion retail supervision is preferred
