Telemarketer / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s products or services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and follow-up.
• Maintain a database of prospects and clients, ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and present offers, quotations, and service proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure client needs are met.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, ensuring targets and goals are achieved.
• Handle client complaints or issues efficiently to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and work to expand client accounts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and account status to management.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a telemarketer, account manager, or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
