DUTIES
- Administering stock control and supervise a regular stock count for warehouses (molding, plastic, trading).
- Conduct investigations for missing and/or damaged material across different cells.
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
- Oversee receiving functions related to purchased material and incoming supplies.
- Manage and monitor storage of purchased items and material in all cells.
- Create plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials requirements.
- Work closely with Storekeeper, Procurement and Logistics Specialist to ensure availability of material required for the scheduled project.
- Monitor quality control and contribute to keeping the warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
- Update stock in/out transactions in the inventory system accurately and timely.
- Prepare and issue a monthly stock statement report for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain or Business Administration.
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +8 years of experience in supply chain and stock management in manufacture industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and supply chain software
