DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines independently.
- Prepare 2D sketch by using CAD and program it on CAM.
- Interpret the NC file independently.
- Review the SOP and ensure to apply the details of SOP from the team.
- Monitor operations, adjust machining parameters, and perform quality checks.
- Troubleshoot advanced machining issues and implement solutions.
- Support Technician and Junior Technician in operations and skill development.
- Maintain documentation including daily work reports, tool usage, and completed parts records.
- Participate in preventive maintenance, machine calibration, and TPM activities.
- Suggest improvements to reduce setup time, enhance part quality, and extend tool life.
- Create and maintain an archive for each manufactured mold part, documenting all production details and records for future reference.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. (LT Degree)
- Language: Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in CNC Lathe machines.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in CNC lathe techniques. Proficient with G-code & M-code. Proficient with CAD-CAM.
- Machine: Operate 2 machines independently
