About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Multimedia designer to join our Marketing team at MT Beauté.
The role include both design and photography as creative visual task. This role will provide essential support to our Social Media Specialist and wider team by creating, editing, and adapting visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality designs quickly to keep up with the pace of social media.

What You’ll Do
• Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photos.
• Contribute to creating and adapting visuals for social media.
• Take charge of short-form video edits and motion graphics to support digital campaigns.
• Participate in photoshoots through preparation, setup, and basic editing.
• Adapt creative materials into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to deliver ready-to-post content quickly.
• Contribute to marketing design needs when required.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Cap Cut or similar.
• Familiarity with other tools such as Illustrator, Canva, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Good eye for color, layout, and digital storytelling.
• Basic photography/videography knowledge.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple requests under tight deadlines.
• A degree in graphic design, or a related field is a plus
