We are looking for a skilled IT Coordinator & Technician with strong experience in both hardware and software support.
Responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, repairing hardware issue, setup and install new materials.
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scales and other office equipment's. smartphone repair , change touch screen.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems and perform routine maintenance. Respond to support requests.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a hands-on IT support role with exposure to both software and hardware environments.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English
