Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer with a strong background in sales and content creation to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands how to convert leads into clients, and can craft engaging content that effectively connects with their target audience. You will play a key role in planning campaigns, generating leads, managing client accounts, and supporting the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Create engaging social media content (posts, captions, and ideas for visuals/videos).
• Manage and grow client social media accounts through consistent and creative strategies.
• Handle sales outreach, follow-ups, and assist in converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with the design and media teams to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.
• Prepare marketing and sales performance reports to track progress and ROI.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for clients and internal marketing.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or content creation, preferably within an agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to create compelling digital content and manage social media pages.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
