We are looking for a talented and passionate Executive Italian Chef to lead our kitchen and craft an exceptional Italian dining experience in Beirut, Lebanon.

Our restaurant is inspired by authentic Italian traditions and fresh Mediterranean flavors. We aim to deliver a refined yet genuine Italian culinary journey, combining creativity, authenticity, and elegance in every dish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design authentic Italian menus, including regional specialties.
Create and standardize recipes with consistent quality and presentation.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, procurement, and cost control.
Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen team.
Ensure the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
Collaborate with management on seasonal updates and new menu concepts.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 5 years focused on Italian cuisine.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine-dining or upscale Italian restaurant.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Fluent in English; Italian or Arabic is a plus.
