Telemarketing / Indoor Sales Representative - NASSAR GROUP (Dora)

Nassar Group is seeking a motivated Telemarketing / Indoor Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, promote our technology and office solutions, and support lead generation and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on online leads, inquiries, and website / social media requests
• Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to potential customers
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up
• Manage and update customer data, CRM records, and lead lists
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the outdoor sales team
• Support marketing activities and send campaigns using tools like Brevo
• Assist in replying to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
• Achieve monthly sales and lead targets and provide feedback to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or indoor sales
• Strong communication and phone conversation skills
• Energetic, professional, and self-motivated approach
• Ability to work under targets and follow structured follow-up processes
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Familiarity with social media interaction is a plus
