Graphic Designer

Job Duties:

- Creates appropriate concepts, either working alone or with a Copywriter or agency
- Where confidentiality is required, ensure adherence to requirements
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns in response to briefs and to create design solutions
- Manages own time and output in line with deadline
- Continuously update the Time Sheet detailing work execution and submit it during the weekly meeting with the CEO
- Ensures that appropriate, accurate and visually challenging design of high standard is implemented
- Send design and dimensions to the Purchasing coordinator in order to get printing quotations and communicate selected supplier.
- Follow-up with the selected supplier to ensure proper and timely printing.
- Checking all the files that are sent from advertising Agency as layouts and artwork including packaging and POSM
- Meets with brand managers and agency to ensure consistency across all media forms
- Oversee photographic, TV and other shooting, check draft and provide comments, validate final versions
- Manage media relations and ensure jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Issue social media posts as per the monthly input received from the BM’s (when social media is not outsourced. If outsourced, check and confirm posts prepared by the agency).


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Graphic design or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience
* Have experience in brand development, including logo design and style guidelines
* Excellent computer skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, in design and Graphic design software, Power Point…)
