The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective and existing customers outside of the office environment to promote, market, and sell the company’s products and services. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers to present and promote products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and respond to customer queries in the field.

Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.

Gather customer and market insights, and provide structured feedback to the sales team.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends within assigned territory.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, visits, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.


Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in field/outdoor sales, preferably in Nigeria.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
