About the Role

We’re developing a next-generation AI Fintech platform.
We’re seeking a VP of Engineering to lead architecture, engineering, and innovation, combining advanced AI and modern platform design to build scalable, secure, and high-impact systems.



Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technical strategy and architecture of a large-scale AI-powered platform.
- Drive R&D on intelligent automation and continuous learning.
- Build secure, modular, cloud-native systems for enterprise-grade performance.
- Lead adoption of microservices, APIs, and event-driven infrastructure.
- Oversee data pipelines and AI integrations.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance for multi-tenant environments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data professionals.
- Partner with executive leadership on product innovation and roadmap execution.


Ideal Profile
-----------------
- 10+ years in software or AI platform engineering leadership.
- Proven experience designing scalable, data-driven, cloud-native systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, and enterprise integration.
- Background in fintech, digital banking is a plus.
- Hands-on with Python, Java/Spring, Node, or cloud AI services.
