SGMC is currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Attendant.

Job Overview:
Seeking a friendly and reliable Coffee Shop Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization, and support daily operations to deliver a consistently high-quality coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serves hot and cold plates to coffee shop users. Includes, receiving and preparing orders for sandwiches, coffee, tea, soft drinks, cold beverages, and serves them over the counter etc.…
• Checks expiry dates on beverages.
• Sits in for volunteer cashiers as required.
• Cleans tables and trays and keeps coffee shop in a clean and orderly manner.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience as a café attendant, food service worker, or cashier.
• Experience in handling beverages and light food preparation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards preferred.

Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact courteously with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
