Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and executing engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms for different lines and businesses to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop, create, and schedule engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
•Monitor, manage, and maintain day-to-day activities of all social media accounts.
•Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and multimedia content using Adobe Premiere or After Effect.
•Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to build relationships and enhance brand perception.
•Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions in alignment with e-commerce targets.
•Analyze performance data and insights to optimize content and advertising strategies.
•Continuously monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
•Compile and present monthly performance reports.
•Support the sales team in preparing presentations for client pitches and new business opportunities.
•Additionally, collaborate with influencers, partners, and brands on co-promotional campaigns and activations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
•Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, tools, and trends.
•Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
•Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere and After effect).
•Experience in content creation across various formats, including video editing, animation, Reels, Stories, interactive Stories, and other short-form video content tailored for social platforms.
•Experience managing paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, X Ads, etc.).
•Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
•Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
•Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
