???? Role Purpose
The HR Assistant will serve as the main communication channel for the HR Department, ensuring efficient flow of information and professional support to internal clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to handle daily HR operations.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Manage all HR communication including telecom, emails, and walk-ins.
• Welcome all walk-in applicants and provide them with company application forms.
• Prepare and submit monthly attendance, unjustified absences, and lateness reports to the Compensation & Benefits Unit.
• Manage employees’ leave records, follow up on medical reports, and prepare related summaries.
• Receive and distribute internal courier and documentation.
• Maintain new employee files and ensure accurate and confidential filing systems.
• Maintain an updated reference list of all HR correspondences issued by the company.

???? Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of training or professional experience in Human Resources
