Al Jawad for Industry & General Trading – Bekaa, Taanayel is seeking a qualified Quality Control Specialist (Full-time) to join our team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control (preferably in the food industry).
• Hands-on laboratory experience in the food sector is required.
• Experience in food roasting or nuts processing is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Bekaa area.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials and finished products.
• Perform laboratory analysis and maintain accurate test records.
• Identify and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production quality.
