HR assistant

Role Purpose:
- The HR Assistant will serve as the main communication channel for the HR Department, ensuring efficient flow of information and professional support to internal clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to handle daily HR operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage all HR communication including telecom, emails, and walk-ins.
• Welcome all walk-in applicants and provide them with company application forms.
• Prepare and submit monthly attendance, unjustified absences, and lateness reports to the Compensation & Benefits Unit.
• Manage employees’ leave records, follow up on medical reports, and prepare related summaries.
• Receive and distribute internal courier and documentation.
• Maintain new employee files and ensure accurate and confidential filing systems.
• Maintain an updated reference list of all HR correspondences issued by the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.

Experience:
• 0–1 year of training or professional experience in Human Resources.

Skills and Knowledge
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Dependable, organized, and able to act with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
