Customer Service & Documentation Officer in a freight forwarding company

Key Responsibilities

1-Follow up on shipment status and update clients in a timely manner.
2-Check all shipment documents for accuracy and compliance
3-Communicate with carriers, airlines, NVOCCs, and agents when needed.

Qualifications
1-Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
2-Excellent communication skills.
3-Ability to manage multiple shipments under time constraints.
4-Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
