Telesales Representative

• Follow-up on the renewal of expired policies related to assigned codes.
• Follow-up on the collection of unpaid policies related to assigned codes.
• Manage the walk-in clients' requests for any product.
• Research and obtain resolution for a variety of customer inquiries and issues and update database, respecting quality management standards.
• Perform outbound calls, including telemarketing, sales and after sales operations as assigned, to reach targets as set by Management.
• Ensure appropriate dispatching of assigned policies to related parties.
• Update clients' information on IMS as per set guidelines.
• Develop and maintain extensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes in order to deal with a variety of questions.
• Ensure necessary replies/follow up on requests received on Business mobile phone, and provide support in case of other team members' absence.
• Prepare operations' reports as assigned.
• Address complaints and raised quality issues.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
