Teacher - (science background) Responsibilities:

Candidates need to be from the surrounding area (khaldi, aramoun, bshamoun, dawha)

Designing, developing, and delivering age-appropriate quality lesson plans and education materials that adhere to national and school guidelines.

Work on a student-centered approach, where student’s needs, questions are as a top priority to be fulfilled.

Establishing classroom, rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.

Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments, ensuring the safety and protection of all students.

Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who need more explanation and focus.

Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.

Creating an environment where students feel comfortable, respected, heard, asking questions and voicing concerns.

Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers.

Participating in other school activities and regularly communicating with parents
