HS Brands Global, a leading international company in mystery shopping, brand protection, and customer experience evaluation, is currently expanding its freelance network across all cities in Lebanon.

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to conduct service evaluations for retail stores, restaurants, and service providers.

Compensation:

This is a freelance opportunity where shoppers are paid on a commission basis for each completed visit.

Rates vary based on project complexity and location.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate overall customer experience, including cleanliness, staff behavior, and product/service quality 

- Follow the specific instructions of each project 

- Submit reports in a clear and timely manner

التعويض:

هذه فرصة عمل مستقلة حيث يتم دفع الأجر للمشتريين بناءً على عمولة عن كل زيارة مكتملة. تختلف العمولة بناءً على تعقيد المشروع والموقع.

المسؤوليات:

• تقييم تجربة العملاء الشاملة بما في ذلك النظافة، سلوك الموظفين، وجودة المنتج/الخدمة.
• اتباع التعليمات المحددة لكل مشروع.
• تقديم التقارير بشكل واضح وفي الوقت المناسب.
