Candidate Profile:
Degree in Pharmacy
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Job Description:
o Assist in preparing documentation for tenders, orders, and regulatory compliance.
o Maintain pharmacovigilance records and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
o Prepare and submit safety reports to regulatory authorities.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in line with regulatory expectations.
o Prepare price offers and quotations for clients.
o Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy.
o Process invoices and issue purchase orders.
o Respond to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and orders.
o Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
o Monitor stock levels and reorder medicines as needed.
o Maintain and update records for clients, suppliers, and orders.
o Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage and handling regulations.
