Overview:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s purchasing activities. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, maintains strong supplier relationships, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Collaborate with finance and operations to manage budgets and procurement plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office.

Knowledge of contract management and sourcing best practices.
