We are currently seeking an experienced foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site. They ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The Foreman acts as the key link between site management and the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities and manpower on site.
Inspect work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment operators as needed.
Maintain site order and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
Track material usage and request materials or tools when necessary.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
Support project completion within set timelines and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location and Working Hours:

-Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm / Saturday 7am to 1pm
