We are hiring an ERP Consultant to join our Client Team in Lebanon, Beirut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business processes, and recommending tailored ERP solutions that meet their needs. He’ll play a key role in pre-sales activities — from requirements discovery to product demonstrations — and work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their business workflows, operational challenges, and software requirements.
• Prepare and deliver ERP presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and ROI analyses that align with client objectives and budget.
• Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to define customized solutions and ensure project feasibility.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships and potential upsell opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, ERP developments, and competitors’ offerings.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP sales, software consulting, or business systems implementation.
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales targets.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
