Quality Control Officer

We are hiring a Quality Control Officer to ensure all branches meet our food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The role involves frequent branch visits, reporting, and coordination with kitchen and operations teams.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular branch inspections covering food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
• Monitor food handling, storage, temperature control, and expiry dates.
• Check cleaning, sanitation, and staff hygiene practices.
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure municipality and HACCP documentation is up to date.
• Travel between branches as required, including Saturdays.


Requirements:

Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Hospitality Management.
Experience in F&B quality control or food safety.
Driver’s license and mobility across branches.
Strong knowledge of HACCP/ISO standards and excellent attention to detail
