Executive Spa Manager (Females) For a Leading Wellness & Beauty House based in Beirut.

Location: Beirut
Salary : Between $2000- $2500.

The ideal Female candidate is to oversee its full range of daily operations. This unique destination merges beauty, wellness, and fitness under one roof, and we're looking for a dynamic leader Lady to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

*Candidate Profile:*
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of proven experience in managing spa, wellness centers, or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic & French.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and manage daily operations across departments (beauty, wellness, fitness)
- Work closely with the founder to align business strategy and uphold brand values
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance and scheduling
- Ensure an excellent client experience and uphold service excellence standards
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and operational logistics
