Administrative Assistant – Marketing, Events & Sales Support

Medi Afric Offshore, a fast-growing medical equipment provider operating across Sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with strong French and English skills to support our marketing, events, and sales operations.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and product brochures

Support social media content (LinkedIn posts, visuals, announcements)

Maintain a calendar of medical congresses and coordinate event participation

Prepare event documentation, registration forms, booth materials, and follow-ups

Assist in coordinating cost-sharing with suppliers for events

Support the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and client documents

Update sales trackers, customer lists, and follow-up sheets

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HQ team in Jounieh

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (written & spoken)

Strong interest in marketing and events

Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferably living in Keserwan / Jbeil
