Overview

The Client Communication Officer is responsible for ensuring a seamless, elegant, and personalized experience for all clients throughout their couture journey. This role supports the atelier by managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding appointments, fittings, designs, and couture timelines.
Maintain a refined and welcoming tone in all client interactions.
Ensure each client receives personalized attention that reflects the atelier’s luxury standards.

Appointment & Fitting Coordination

Schedule and confirm consultations, fittings, and delivery appointments.
Coordinate between clients, designers, tailors, and the atelier team to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up to remind clients of appointments or required documents/measurements.
Client Experience Management


Welcome clients during in-person visits and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
Track client preferences, styles, measurements, and previous orders to support personalization.
Assist in the preparation of fitting rooms and couture pieces before client arrival.


Documentation & Follow-Up

Maintain accurate client records, requests, and communication logs.
Issue quotations, invoices, and delivery confirmations as required.
Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and delivery timelines.


Brand Representation
Uphold the atelier’s image, tone, and service standards in every interaction.
Support showroom presentations and special events when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client relations, luxury retail,Haute Couture or fashion.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Professional appearance and refined interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure couture environment.
• Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and customer care
