A company in Kaslik is looking for a Senior Commercial Executive to plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth by building and managing strategic partnerships with property owners and estate managers. This role blends commercial strategy, business development, and hands-on account management, ensuring that. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities,
negotiating partnerships, and driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to define the company's commercial and growth strategy across cities and regions.
• Establish partnership models, pricing structures, and go-to-market approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and property performance to uncover new opportunities.
• Set clear commercial KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance tracking systems.
• Recommend data-driven initiatives to enhance partner engagement and revenue growth.
2. Business Development & Partnerships
• Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with property owners and estate
managers.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation
and contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to support mutual
growth.
3. Account Management & Partner Success
• Oversee onboarding and provide operational and commercial support to partners.
• Monitor partner performance, revenue trends, and feedback to optimize retention and growth.
• Identify upselling or package enhancement opportunities with existing partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth
coordination.
• Maintain accurate partner records, reports, and performance dashboards within the CRM system
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management or similar role,
ideally in real estate, property management, or a related sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial or partnership targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with B2B partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
