Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across our client's diversified portfolio of advisory, technology, and education businesses. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and drives marketing innovation from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Design and lead a unified marketing vision across all business arms—advisory, product, and education.
• Define the group’s go-to-market approach, messaging architecture, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Set the tone for brand identity and positioning in both regional and global markets.
Brand Building & Innovation
• Build and evolve our brand presence across platforms, partnerships, and public engagements.
• Challenge the status quo with fresh ideas and bold campaigns that resonate across multiple audiences.
• Identify untapped channels, tools, and opportunities to differentiate our voice and drive visibility.
Digital Campaigns & Social Media
• Lead and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, YouTube, and more.
• Manage media buying budgets and performance tracking using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Oversee audience listening, competitor analysis, and data-driven content decisions.
Events, Thought Leadership & Visibility
• Strategically manage our presence at global events, government forums, and academic partnerships.
• Drive visibility through speaking engagements, hosted panels, and owned events.
Internal Collaboration & Brand Consistency
• Act as the marketing lead across internal business units to ensure unified messaging and branding.
• Collaborate on presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collateral for high-impact engagements.
Analytics & Optimization
• Define KPIs and measure performance across all channels.
• Translate data into action—refining tactics and strategies based on insight and feedback.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and adapt plans as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally with consulting firms, SaaS/tech startups, or education platforms.
• Proven track record in building and executing brand and growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, paid media, and event marketing.
• Strong storytelling, content, and visual marketing instincts.
• Proficient in campaign tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build, iterate, and lead without a rigid playbook.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and external engagements.
Nice to Have
• Experience building brands or campaigns from scratch.
• Exposure to global marketing environments or multi-market launches.
• Prior experience in a fast-growth or start-up environment
