JOB OVERVIEW
Manage design process from conception through to final styling for our VIP Clients; as well as , design sketches for VIP clients across several countries based on Tony ward Couture DNA, vision and mission
Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts for different lines (PAP, HC & Bridal) when needed
Ensure product is in agreement with business strategy
Select fabrics and trims for several collections in the PAP & HC
Create production sketches for development packages
Collaborate with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate
Review product for style and fit during presentation
Present story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers
Requirements :

3 to 4 years plus experience in Fashion designer is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion design or and related field
Experience in drawing on Procreate/ iPad software is a must
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge in MS office
Strong drafting and drawing skills



Salary : Between 2500$ & 3000 $
