Identify and contact potential customers within the assigned area.
- Follow up on leads and make cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular in-person visits and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Schedule and deliver product demonstrations when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Process sales orders and related documents accurately.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Support stock replenishment and rotation based on sales trends.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and colleagues
