Logistica SAL is currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Accounting Department in Hadath. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate accounting records, processing payables and receivables, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and follow up on payables and receivables using the company’s operating system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Record all accounting entries on a monthly basis, including journal entries, accounting documents, debit and credit notes, bank-related vouchers, expense invoices, and employee advances
• Reconcile ledgers and bank accounts monthly to maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain records of monthly prepaid expenses to support financial planning and projections
• Control and book costing activities related to McDonald’s operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Prepare and issue checks and transfer letters to both local and overseas suppliers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
