About the Role

We are One World (1W), a multi-division company seeking an experienced professional to deploy and customize a multi-tenant modular, web-based solution fully integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure or other web hosting services such as AWS. Candidate must have professional skills in web development and in CMS engines. This role requires strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver a seamless, automated, and AI-driven ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience in web development and proven ability to design, build, and deploy multi-tenant modular solutions and multi-channel CMS modules following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable, secure web applications using Laravel and MySQL.
- Architect and implement multi-tenant systems with modular design for flexibility and growth.
Build and integrate multi-channel CMS modules to support web, mobile, and API-driven platforms.
- Ensure high-quality code through testing, documentation, and adherence to professional standards.
- Optimize database performance and application scalability.
- Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines and manage version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web development.
Advanced proficiency in Laravel and MySQL.
- Strong expertise in CMS architecture and multi-channel content delivery.
- Solid understanding of modular and multi-tenant application design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Proven experience in solution & web deployment and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration.
- Expertise in data migration from MS SQL to MySQL.
- Proficiency in web development (interactive, data-driven websites).
- Experience in workflow automation and AI integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Highly Preferred Business Skills

- Familiarity with B2B industry platforms, customer relationship management, digital marketing and content management systems.
- Knowledge of API development and third-party integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
