A sister company of Matta Gallery is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join its resort wellness team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality physiotherapy treatments, enhancing guest well-being, and supporting the resort’s overall wellness experience. The Physiotherapist will provide personalized, evidence-based care while ensuring exceptional service standards in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Treatment & Care
Conduct assessments to identify guests’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and treatment needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans using physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, stretching, mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and massage.
Provide rehabilitation sessions for injuries, postural issues, chronic pain, and wellness improvement.
Offer preventive therapy, wellness advice, and home-exercise recommendations to guests.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and confidentiality.
2. Wellness & Resort Program Participation
Support resort wellness programs such as fitness classes, posture workshops, ergonomic awareness, and rehabilitation activities.
Participate in designing wellness packages and campaigns aligned with resort offerings.
Collaborate with fitness trainers, massage therapists, and spa staff to enhance holistic guest care.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
Ensure compliance with resort policies and local health regulations.
Report incidents, guest concerns, or equipment issues promptly to the Wellness Manager.
4. Equipment & Environment Management
Ensure physiotherapy tools and equipment are properly sanitized, maintained, and safely stored.
Monitor treatment rooms to ensure a clean, relaxing, and guest-ready environment.
Recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed.
5. Customer Service Excellence
Provide warm, welcoming, and professional guest interactions.
Promote resort wellness services and encourage repeat sessions where beneficial.
