Event Coordinator

Participate in the brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes, designing a layout and agenda of the event, and any other marketing activities to promote the event with the assistance of the marketing team;
 Planning and organizing the event in accordance with the preference of the Association;
 Support with the preparation of P event budgets;
 Researching and booking venues and arrange it for the event;
 Negotiating and contracting suppliers, caterers, florists… and organizing volunteers, as well as special guest appearance, MCs, or any other suitable entertainer for the event;
 Coordinating all logistical elements of the event;
 Attending event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned;
 Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of
