Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager who combines technical expertise with operational leadership. The ideal candidate can read technical drawings and maps, work in AutoCAD, and manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, coordination with vendors, clients, and contractors, and active problem-solving on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, interpret, and work with technical drawings, plans, and maps.
• Develop, plan, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Execute and oversee project operations on-site, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers
• Handle operational issues in real-time, including calls, negotiations, and vendor management.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions on-site
