Purpose of the Role

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing all showroom operations at the Zahle branch, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations. The role requires strong product knowledge in furniture and mattresses and the ability to guide and support the sales team to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Zahle showroom and ensure professional presentation of products.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Provide premium customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct product training to sales staff and maintain high product knowledge, especially in furniture and mattresses.

Manage stock display, showroom cleanliness, and product arrangement according to company standards.

Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Handle customer complaints effectively and find quick solutions.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.

Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and showroom labeling are implemented properly.

Participate in marketing activities and local promotions to increase branch visibility and sales.

Maintain discipline, work schedules, and attendance for all branch employees.

Implement company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in furniture and mattresses sales (mandatory).

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.

Strong background in customer service and retail showroom operations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead, motivate and coach a sales team.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Work Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, based on company shift schedule.
