Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Marketing & Communications Manager with strong experience in the Lebanese market, preferably within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong media and advertising expertise, excellent PR connections, and a proven ability to lead impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Branding
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and enhance brand identity, value, and positioning in the Lebanese market.
Lead creative direction for brand visuals, communication tone, and storytelling.
2. Media, Advertising & Public Relations
Manage relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, influencers, and PR networks.
Plan and execute large-scale advertising campaigns including:
TVCs
Outdoor billboards
Social media campaigns
Secure strong brand visibility through PR events, media features, and partnerships.
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee all digital marketing activities including social media strategy, paid campaigns, and content development.
Manage aggregator and delivery platform marketing.
Analyze digital performance and optimize traffic, engagement, and conversion results.
4. Events & Activation
Plan, organize, and execute brand events, activations, and promotional initiatives.
Develop creative concepts to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
5. Market & Sales Analysis
Conduct regular competitive analysis and market trend evaluations.
Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to support decision making.
Recommend strategies to increase brand performance and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Lebanese F&B sector.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful media, digital, and branding campaigns.
High-level PR network in Lebanon.
Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
