The IT Assistant supports the technical team by handling client requests, performing basic troubleshooting, and attending client offices to ensure smooth IT operations. This role is ideal for a fresh IT graduate or student eager to gain practical experience in the field.

????️ Key Responsibilities
Visit client offices to assist with daily IT requests and minor technical issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic hardware (PCs, routers, printers, accessories).

Provide first-level support for software, network, and system inquiries.

Assist in setting up new workstations and preparing equipment for clients.

Support the IT team in server checks, system updates, and documentation.

Follow up on open tickets and ensure client satisfaction.

Monitor inventory of IT equipment and report shortages.

Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Fresh IT graduate or current IT/Computer Science student.

Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, and networking.

Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to travel to clients’ offices when needed.
