Central Warehouse Team Leader (Ferzol Bekaa)

We are seeking an experienced Central Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material flow to production lines, and full compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards. The Team Leader will manage warehouse staff, monitor ERP/WMS transactions, and drive efficient, organized, and safe warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, with strong knowledge of inventory management and FIFO/FEFO practices. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a continuous improvement mindset while collaborating closely with production and supply chain teams.
